Pros and cons of Animal & Veterinary Drugs app for iPhone and iPad

Animal & Veterinary Drugs app good for

I think the app is ok. It could be better by having a wider drug list.
I find this app to be very well designed and useful in many ways. As the producer of the app said it is a complete list of all of the FDA Approved drugs for use in animals, not a list of all the drugs that ARE used. It would be nice if those drugs could be added in as well, but for $0.99 Im satisfied with what it is.
The vet I work for uses this app. He has no complaints, if u wanna learn abbreviation go to school. Since I have been using it, I have been bothering my boss a lot less.
Took a while but at least the list of drugs improved significantly.

Some bad moments

very limited drugs. Most of the common drugs I use are not listed.
My itunes account was accessed by a hacker for about 5 minutes. In that short time, this app was purchased using my store credit. Cause hackers need to know about horse tranquilisers? Or just paying themselves?
Not many drugs available with this app. And it is of limited use, even for a buck.
I didnt think this app was useful at all. I expected that it would the basic ADME information (administration, distribution, mechanism of action & excretion) along with other pertinent info like metabolism & side effects etc. Also it is missing LOTS of very common drugs and is not organized well. I wish I had not bought this, total waste of time & money
Even if it isnt as "complete" as they say; they lie when they state it contains the most common FDA drugs prescribed for animals. For example, Luminol/phenobarbital is the most prescribed drug for epileptic seizures in animals; and there is no mention of it here. Save your money.
Waste of time unless they make some changes. Would be nice if there was a place to add notes (veterinary recomendations for your animal) on drugs.
