Most drugs listed are wormer and antibiotics . No new info
very limited drugs. Most of the common drugs I use are not listed.
Worse application ever lost of Time and money.
My itunes account was accessed by a hacker for about 5 minutes. In that short time, this app was purchased using my store credit. Cause hackers need to know about horse tranquilisers? Or just paying themselves?
Very limited small animal drug listings
Not many drugs available with this app. And it is of limited use, even for a buck.
I didnt think this app was useful at all. I expected that it would the basic ADME information (administration, distribution, mechanism of action & excretion) along with other pertinent info like metabolism & side effects etc. Also it is missing LOTS of very common drugs and is not organized well. I wish I had not bought this, total waste of time & money
Even if it isnt as "complete" as they say; they lie when they state it contains the most common FDA drugs prescribed for animals. For example, Luminol/phenobarbital is the most prescribed drug for epileptic seizures in animals; and there is no mention of it here. Save your money.
Waste of time unless they make some changes. Would be nice if there was a place to add notes (veterinary recomendations for your animal) on drugs.
I work for a vet who will only give FDA approved drugs to our patients. Great teaching tool for new staff as they learn the more common names and uses. Needs some herbal products listed. Do wish the list was longer but I think its a great app!
This isnt even worth .99. Virtually worthless. Too much is missing to make this a real tool.
I think the app is ok. It could be better by having a wider drug list.
Many drugs missing and others show up multiple times. Needs MAJOR review
Save your $0.99. Very limited value. Incomplete list of FDA approved drugs for animals. Recommend that USDA approved drugs be included. Many online references are available that are more complete.
I find this app to be very well designed and useful in many ways. As the producer of the app said it is a complete list of all of the FDA Approved drugs for use in animals, not a list of all the drugs that ARE used. It would be nice if those drugs could be added in as well, but for $0.99 Im satisfied with what it is.
I appreciate that there is an app out there like this, but like everyone has been saying, it needs some additions. Rimadyl (carprofen) is not even on there. Commonly used veterinary drugs should be reviewed and updated on this app. Also, putting them in their categories would be nice too...i.e. NSAID, Opioid, Dissociative, etc. Again, good concept, but needs some additional work
Good reference app, but can the developer include vet prescription sig abbreviation in this app?
As a veterinarian, I did not find this app very helpful. It was too basic, provided little information about drugs, and not worth the money.
No good! There are several medications missing that are used in the practice I work for. Plus the limited information given. Not worth the money!
